Daniel,

I’m sorry to hear you are having a rough time with this. Your family is in our thoughts.

I was in this emotional state in 2009. You feel numb. Nothing excites you, and you feel stuck in the duldrums. I can’t say what will work for you, but I can tell you what helped me. Two things…finding something new to be excited about that you haven’t explored before and support from your family. I learned photography and immersed myself in it as a distraction. And my family helped make that possible and kept me excited about it. But if my family wasn’t there to help, I wouldn’t have gotten through it. It can be very hard to stay positive in the face of all this negativity. But it is possible. You just have to ask yourself, am I going to let this get the best of me? Am I going to let this defeat me? You have much to live for. One day, your children will look back on this and think to themselves, how can I be as strong as he is? You will overcome this. And all of you and your family will be stronger having done so.

Sfintele sarbatori de iarna sa te gaseasca cu bine,pregatit sa mergi mai departe.
Mos Nicolae sa-ti aduca puterea si rabdarea de care ai atita nevoie si sa ne auzim cu bucurie de fiecare data.

Iti doresc ca saptamina care vine,ca timpul care vine sa iti aduca liniste in suflet si forta necesara pentru a merge inainte cu incredere si speranta.Esti puternic si alaturi de oamenii capabili care te inconjoara vei reusi sa dobori monstrul care nu te lasa sa iti traiesti tineretea.Bafta,noroc,curaj si toate urarile de bine l e trimit catre tine si familia ta.
